I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt

of your Despatch No. 13 of the 14th. January and to report that the statement in paragraph 2 of Mr. P. N. H. Jones's pensionable service in this Colony is correct.

Mr. Jones will therefore be awarded out of the

funds of this Colony a pension of £118
